Stephan Noll,
LAPC
Stephan is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC). Stephan graduated from NDSU in 2020 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting before deciding to do a 180 on his career path in late 2022 and pursue a career in counseling. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Master’s in Counseling in 2025. Stephan draws his motivation from his partner, his four children, and a desire to help those in need.
Stephan is a firm believer that everyone deserves to be safe, happy, and healthy, and has the right to pursue these goals as their genuine selves. Stephan uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) as the foundation of his counseling style and continues to adapt and grow within those modalities, while continuing his growth and learning in new therapy techniques.
Outside of work, Stephan is an avid reader, disc golfer, and amateur gardener. He loves flowers and plants 50+ different flowers in their family flower garden every year. Stephan and his partner love to attend concerts as often as they can and spend most of their free time adventuring and creating memories with their 4 young children.
