LARCs- Long-Acting Reversible Contraception

Nexplanon    ​Small match-sized rod that is inserted into your arm and lasts 5 years
Hormonal IUDs     T-shaped device that it inserted into the uterus and lasts 3-7 years
Non-Hormonal IUDs    T-shaped devise that is inserted into the uterus and lasts 10-12 years
*** We currently offer Nexplanon insertions and removals. We are not currently offering IUD insertions, but can help you find a skilled provider. 

​Hormonal Contraception


Pills    A pill taken every day. Can also help regulate your menstrual cycle. 
Patches     Worn on your skin, the patch releases hormones through your skin that prevent pregnancy
Rings     Inserted into the vagina, the small flexible ring releases hormones that prevent pregnancy. 
Injections    The Depo shot is given in the clinic every 3 months. 
Emergency Contraception     Also known as "Plan B." Available for 20.00, no appointment needed.

Non-hormonal Contraception


Caya Diaphragm     a shallow, flexible cup that is worn inside the vagina during intercourse. 
Phexxi     A cream inserted into the vagina before sex that makes the pH of the vagina demobilize sperm
Condoms     Both male and female condoms are always FREE at the clinic. No appointment needed.
