There are currently 10+ explicit anti-trans/LGBTQ+ bills in our legislation, with additional bills likely disrupting LGBTQ+ individuals. New bills may be introduced up until Jan 23rd.
Our bill tracker will help you stay up to date with legislative bills (this is best viewed on a desktop browser). We encourage LGBTQ+ individuals, allies, community leaders and professionals to submit testimony for these bills, either in-person, online or by submitting written testimony. You can find information on how to submit written testimony below. For more information on how to submit statements, please contact Faye Seidler at fayeseidler@gmail.com. Beyond testifying, spreading awareness of these bills, talking to newspapers, getting your organizations involved, and spreading messages of support for LGBTQ+ individuals are essential for the coming months.
